“Oil and Gas Exploration and Production” Plc is a public company, its shares being traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, stock exchange code GAZ.

Since 2003 Chimimport JSC, Sofia is the majority shareholder of OGEP. Chimimport holds more than 52% of the company capital both directly and through related persons.

“Oil and Gas Exploration and Production” Plc features a management system, consisting of:

  - Executive Director Lyubomir Todorov Chakarov only with the Procurator Maria Ilieva Vladimirova.
  
  - Procurator Maria Ilieva Vladimirova only with one of the executive directors of the company.
